Cal State LA Athletics

2026: Was a key contributor for the Golden Eagles out of the bullpen in his one year with the program. Had a 0-1 record with an 8.50 earned run average and a pair of saves. Appeared in 12 games with one start. Made his Cal State LA debut and earned a save in a 9-3 win at Chaminade on Feb. 1. Got the final two outs in an 8-7 win at Cal State Monterey Bay on March 7 for his second save. Made his lone start and took the loss in a 13-2 loss against Cal State San Marcos on Feb. 22. Allowed one hit and no runs over 2 2/3 innings against Cal State Dominguez Hills in his longest outing of the season on April 11. Did not allow an earned run in eight of his 12 appearances and allowed one run or less in nine outings.

At UC Riverside: Made nine appearances, all in relief, in 2025. Went 0-0 with a 10.66 earned run average over 12 2/3 innings.

At Glendale Community College: Had a 4-5 record with one save in 31 appearances over two seasons. Went 2-2 with a 4.67 earned run average as a freshman in 2022. Struck out 26 in 27 innings pitched. Had a 2-3 record with one save as a sophomore in 2023. Struck out 30 in 36 1/3 innings.

At Grover Cleveland Charter High School: Was a four-year varsity starter. Earned an All-City award.

Personal: Son of Jesse and Christina Lozano. Majoring in sociology.
